Cut Through Fear and Desire and Be With What Is

Humans develop neurosis, psychosis, blind spots, and projection when our emotions are overwhelming and we decide to block them out. Emotions that we resist get stored in our physical and energetic bodies as density . The pure awareness we learn about in Buddhism cuts through fear and desire to be with what is. Don’t be afraid to see things how they are. As spirits having a human experience, life is hard! On this beautiful Planet Earth there is equal life and death, night and day, suffering and joy. We need to develop the capacity to be with the full spectrum of what is, with peace in our hearts. Don’t exchange reality for fantasy. Learn to be at peace with what is: no matter what it is. It takes courage to see things as they are. A dedication to reality as it is is the key to awakening and greater clairvoyance. How can we open to more senses if we cannot even take in the information that our five senses give us?
